Many Isles is run by volunteers. We always need the help of new motivated folks to make sure we can continue our awesome communities!
Find here a list of jobs someone like you could fill. If anything catches your fancy, feel free to approach us - perhaps at the next event - and mention you're interested! It's easy to become active. 
¶ Executive Responsibilities
- Event Coordinator. As a coordinator, organize Many Isles events: plan, advertise, host, and evaluate them! We also welcome ideas and advice, if you don't want to take on the entire workload upfront.
- Developer. Work on our website or develop a Discord bot. The Technical Service can always offer you suitable projects to work on.
- Discord Moderator. Be our Discord admin: make sure the server is as understandable and accessible as possible, make sure that actives' communication is clear, and moderate the community.
And you can always help in the following capacities:
- Game Master. Our Socials are run by awesome people who choose to run a one-shot. This is a very easy task: you can just announce your game, and people come to play! You can receive our calls for games (without any obligation from your part) by taking the "Game Master" role on Discord (assign it to yourself in "Channels & Roles").
- Illustrations Creator. We might have a need, now and again, for illustrative pieces of art, eg. to decorate posters. If you are an artist, feel free to make yourself available so you get asked when we need something!
¶ Official Roles
We're hiring!* (*for voluntary positions)
The General Assembly will be held in February. There will be a handful of vacant offices to fill then!
For Pantheon roles, you'd be part of our driving team: participate in executive decision-making and strategizing in addition to your role's responsibilities! You can also become a Pantheon member without taking on any roles.
- Pantheon Member. (Pantheon role) You can join the Pantheon to help guide the association and make its activities possible. Concretely, your responsibilities are to attend (near-)weekly meetings, and to help at a few events.
- Actuary. (Pantheon role) Manage the association's books, handle payments into and out of our account, and work with Event Coordinators and other actives to manage our finances.
- Vice President. (Pantheon role) Represent our association to the outside and serve as an inspiration to us all.
- Auditor. Your responsibility (confirmed by the members' votes) is to oversee the Pantheon's financial activities and make sure all is in order. Only one thorough random check is required, but you are also expected to check on things now and again.
- Questor. (Pantheon role) Make sure everything runs as it's supposed to! Oversee our bodies and make sure we stick to our own rules.
