This page presents an overview of the association's structure.
As per the statutes, the Many Isles Association has the following bodies:
- Members' Assembly. The chief body, it is composed of all our members. It appoints all other bodies.
- Auditors. The auditors are responsible for checking the executive's accounts. It reports to the Members' Assembly.
- Pantheon. The board (nicknamed Pantheon) runs the association's activities, in accordance with the members' directives and intent.
The Pantheon is composed of members. Key positions are elected directly by the Members' Assembly; it can freely self-compose beyond this, including new members as it pleases, and it must distribute some extra responsibilities (presented in the Adventurer's Agreement) among its members.
- President. (elected) The chief representative of the association to the outside. They also carry the most responsibility for the Pantheon and the executive's actions.
- Vice President(s). (elected) Also a public-facing office with no formal powers except that they can stand in for, or replace, the president.
- Treasurer. (elected) Takes care of the books, and handles payments involving the association account.
- Questor. (appointed) Is responsible for the correct operation of the executive bodies.
- Service Heads. (appointed) They lead a service, and are responsible for its members as well as its activities.
The association's activities are broadly split into services. These are primarily an administrative construct, to help with organization and bookkeeping. Actives can freely work with any service.
According to the Adventurer's Agreement, a service has a concept, which outlines its responsibilities and its offers, and serves as its primary guiding document. It also has a service head, a Pantheon member responsible for its operation.
